  • 80 g Butter
  • 60 mL Lemon juice

Instructions

Lemon Butter Sauce

  • In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Cook until the mixture is foaming. Set aside and keep warm.

Parsley Dust

Assemble and Serve

  • Just before serving, pour the delicious lemon sauce over the top of white fish or vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley dust to finish.
