Instructions
Lemon Butter Sauce
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice.
Cook until the mixture is foaming. Set aside and keep warm.

Prepare parsley dust (see

).
Assemble and Serve
Just before serving, pour the delicious lemon sauce over the top of
white fish
or
vegetables
. Sprinkle with parsley dust to finish.
