Instructions
Place the berries, water and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place into a food processor, add thickplus Powder and puree until smooth.
Pass sauce through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
Before serving, test for
IDDSI Level 3 Moderately Thick or 4 Extremely Thick
