4. Store in fridge or freezer, or remove from mould and serve.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Replace lid securely after use. Once opened use within 3 months. Once prepared, shaped foods should be handled and stored according to Food Safety protocols. Cover and refrigerate between serving. Discard leftover food after 24 hours. ‘2 hour/4 hour rule’ recommended.
