Instructions
Fruit Components
Prepare each fruit components to IDDSI Level 4 Pureed, including
apples
,
strawberries
,
blueberries
,
mangos
,
oranges
,
pineapple
,
kiwi fruit
and
watermelon
. Or build your own fruit salad using our range of pureed fruit recipes. For moulding, use Shape It Moulds or a square container. Once set cut individual fruits into cubes or shapes using cookie cutters. See the Equipment section for further details.
Keep components separate to maintain their individual flavours and familiar presentation.
Assemble and Serve
Before serving, test for IDDSI Level 4 Pureed: To test, use the Spoon Tilt Test and Fork Drip Test. It should be smooth and free of lumps. For more information on IDDSI testing,

Arrange the set pureed fruits on skewers and serve.
