Mashed Potatoes
While beef mixture is simmering, cook potato in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes well and keep warm.
Whisk milk, butter and Shape It in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat then simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place warm potatoes and liquid into food processor, blend until completely smooth.
Season to taste and immediately spread potato mixture over lamb mixture, cover with cling film and refrigerate for several hours until set.
To Serve, Portion as desired and reheat
