  • Dry thoroughly before storing
  • Keep away from open flames or heating elements
  • Always use heatproof glove when handling hot moulds
  • When using the oven:
    • Fill any empty food cavities with a small amount of water to prevent overheating
    • Position in the middle of the oven, leaving at least 3cm from the oven walls.
    • For easier release, lightly coat the mould with non-stick cooking spray.
